What this site collects

This site is static. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no third-party trackers, and loads its fonts from its own server rather than a content delivery network. Nothing about your visit is recorded by us.

Our web host may keep standard server logs, including IP address and requested page, for security and operational purposes.

What you send us

If you call or email, we hold what you tell us for as long as we need it to respond and to run any engagement that follows. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone outside the firm except where the law requires.

Client information

Engagement material — interview notes, documents and data supplied by a client — is treated as confidential and is governed by the confidentiality terms of the engagement agreement, which take precedence over this notice.

Interviews conducted during an engagement are confidential as to source. Findings are reported in aggregate unless a participant has explicitly agreed otherwise, or unless the law requires disclosure.

Your choices

Ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you. Ask us to delete it and we will, unless we are required to keep it. Write to honi@thrumadvisory.com.
