These terms
This page governs use of this website. It does not govern any engagement: consulting work is performed under a separate written agreement signed by both parties, and that agreement takes precedence wherever the two differ.
Not legal advice
THRUM provides human resources and organizational consulting. Nothing on this site, and nothing delivered during an engagement, is legal advice, and we are not a law firm. Employment law is fact-specific and changes. Have counsel review anything carrying legal exposure before you act on it. We work alongside client counsel routinely and will say plainly when a question belongs to them rather than to us.
Not a broker
THRUM accepts no commission, override, bonus or other payment from any insurance carrier, benefits broker, or vendor, on any engagement. Our benefits and total-rewards advice is paid for by the client and by nobody else. This is restated in writing in every proposal.
Fees and estimates
Fee bands shown on this site are indicative and depend on headcount, number of sites, and the number of languages an engagement has to land in. They are not an offer. The fee for any engagement is the figure stated in the signed proposal.
Accuracy
Third-party figures cited on this site — including Gwinnett County and City of Duluth statistics — are attributed to their sources and were correct when published there. They may since have changed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
